Not surprisingly, this Airbnb is a popular place for travelers from all over. If you’d like to stay here over a weekend, you’ll have to reserve it at least six months in advance.

Dreamy Tropical Tree House (Fern Forest, HI)

This Hawaiian getaway is perfect for getting some time to unwind and unplug. Raised 15 feet off the ground, this treehouse offers stunning views of the woods surrounding it. Expect to be serenaded by the sounds of birds, frogs, and even (harmless) wild pigs throughout your stay. Staying in this slice of heaven does not by any means require  roughing it but bring your minimalist attitude to maximize your experience.
